Led by our President, our leadership structure includes the Vice President, Estimator/Project Manager, and Superintendents, all working together to ensure excellence in every project.

Jim Lagios

President

Mr. Lagios has over thirty+ years of experience in the Horizontal Directional Drilling Industry. He began his career as a surveyor and operator, gaining expert knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing virtually all HDD equipment, including electrical. Mr. Lagios continued his career in field management, developing skills in pre-design and post-construction CADD drawings, estimating, and project management. His valuable insight of field work combined with his expertise in project management and business development accelerated his career into executive management, with his current position being President/General Manager of Atlas Trenchless, LLC.


Jake Bergren

Business Development/Superintendent

Mr. Bergren has served the Directional Drilling Industry for over twenty+ years specializing in the oil and gas market. His expertise and experience includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the construction and performance of projects. Jake has completed an outstanding amount of complex Private and Public Works projects throughout the country. He has a broad experience base that includes roles in management, operations, product and business development and strategy. A skilled motivator who extracts results from diverse skill sets and manages through influence, leadership and experience.



Hunter Devazier

Superintendent

Mr. Devazier has over fifteen+ years of experience in supervising underground
utility construction crews performing horizontal directional drilling jobs throughout the country. Hunter possess valuable insight of field work combined with a background which entails a comprehensive understanding of project plans, specifications, and equipment in addition to industry standards. He strives for high quality products that are constructed in safe and efficient manner.

Brent Johnson

Superintendent

Mr. Johnson’s construction experience in the Horizontal Directional Drilling division has entailed advanced knowledge for well over fifteen+ years’. Brent has established professional relationships with various private and public entities, inspectors, and contractors throughout the nation. His leadership skill posses excellent tactics on the job site in all dynamics relating to safety, cost, and time restraints.

Jimmy Wesp

Vice President

Mr. Wesp has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, beginning as an Equipment Coordinator and rising to his current role as Vice President of Atlas Trenchless, LLC. In this leadership position, he oversees operations, project execution, and business development while guiding strategic initiatives and strengthening relationships with clients and agencies. His expertise includes working with DOTs on major projects, developing accurate estimates, and managing all aspects of project delivery—from budget forecasting and scheduling to cost reporting and submittal oversight.

Gage Lagios

Guidance Manager

Mr. Lagios’ has over ten+ years of construction experience involving Excavators, Mud system, Drill rig labor operations, Vac Truck, Robotics total stations, and GPS Training. Gage is very knowledgeable and a beneficial member to any team. His day to day operations consist of reviewing and surveying job sites and designing drill profiles from an original proposal, assist in looking at PDFs of upcoming work and make notes of any changes, and convert PDFs to AutoCAD and change proposed HDD.

Tom Farah

Superintendent

Mr. Farah’s construction experience consists of working on and around horizontal directional drilling rigs for over ten+ years. He is primarily experienced in large diameter, long distance horizontal directional drills in all types of geological conditions (including solid rock, cobble/boulders, and glacial till conditions). Tom entails a comprehensive understanding of working relationships with the public, engineers, contractors, and owners. He oversees daily directional drilling activities, coordinates with respective representatives on the project sites, and is responsible for the overall success of the drill.
Mr. Farah’s is certified in First Aid and CPR/AED, Confined Space, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OQ Training and more.

Jordan Resop

General Superintendent

Mr. Resop has over twenty+ years of experience in the Horizontal Directional Drilling industry. He started as a laborer learning skills in operating mud systems and drill rigs. Jordan worked his way to Operating Engineer/Foreman running million pound drill rigs, crews, and day to day operations. His considerable skills and ability to manage crews has led to his current position as General Superintendent of Atlas Trenchless, LLC. He manages all project sites and crews, working closely with project owners to ensure the safety and quality of the project exceeds expectations.
Mr. Resop is certified in First Aid and CPR/AED, Blood Borne Pathogens, Competent Person, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OQ Training and more.

Christian Nolette

Superintendent

Mr. Nolette leverages more than a decade of specialized experience in horizontal directional drilling, expertly guiding trenchless pipeline installations through some of the toughest subsurface conditions—ranging from solid bedrock and river cobbles to massive boulders and glacial till. His mastery of HDD’s complex technical challenges and logistical hurdles is balanced by a proven aptitude for uniting cross‑disciplinary teams around a shared operational vision. In his role overseeing field operations, Christian ensures clear, continuous coordination among clients, engineers, and on‑site crews, consistently driving projects to meet—and often exceed—stringent specifications and quality standards.

Kyle Brink

Superintendent

Mr. Brink brings over a decade of expertise in horizontal directional drilling (HDD), with a strong focus on trenchless pipeline installation in complex geological environments, including hard rock, cobble, boulders, and glacial till. His deep understanding of the technical and logistical demands of HDD work is complemented by his ability to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Kyle plays a key role in managing field operations, ensuring seamless communication among project stakeholders, and consistently delivering high-quality results that meet project specifications and exceed expectations.

Atlas Trenchless owes its success to the bold vision and guidance of our founder, Jim Schueller. In 2011, Jim transformed his idea into reality, laying the foundation for everything we’ve built since. His relentless drive, wholehearted commitment, and genuine passion for both the company and the trenchless industry motivated everyone around him and propelled our growth. Although we were deeply saddened by his passing in 2025, Jim’s influence remains at the core of our work—his legacy inspires every project we undertake and every milestone we reach.
